Amanda McCadams is a true badass and the founder of Panache Candy. Born and raised in Tennessee, she calls Nashville her home and the world her backyard. Her love of candy making is only matched by her love of photography and travel. Mostly incapable of saying no to a new challenge, she's climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, gone SCUBA diving in the world’s premier reefs, ridden horseback to see the monarch migration in Mexico, flown off motorcycles in Ecuador and watched the mist rise off of Machu Picchu. She raised her daughter (now all grown up) as a single parent and still brandishes the middle finger when people don’t like her unconventional way of doing things. She channels her creativity and imagination to push boundaries for herself and finds inspiration in all things art, history, culture, music, nature, and of course, chocolate.
